LCF2XML

LCF2XML is a small tool to convert RPG Maker 2000 and 2003 data to XML
and vice-versa.

How to use: Drag and drop your RPG_RT.lmt, RPG_RT.ldb, MapXXXX.lmu and SaveXX.lsd files over the LCF2XML executable and you will get the XML version of them. You can modify these XML files and drop them back over LCF2XML to get the RPG Maker native file format again.
