KEEP TITLE MUSIC

In my game, I wanted to start with a mysterious atmosphere that flowed from the title screen to the opening. Now I'm bringing that effect to MV. You can optionally have the plugin remove the music fadeout on continued games as well (default), if there isn't a different saved background music.

Because I had to rewrite some functions to remove a line, this plugin may have compatibility issues with other plugins. I'm not experienced with such things but I'll do my best to address any issues that arise.

As I'm writing this on Oct 31, I recommend this effect for your spoooooky games.
