Hello. I'm WhiteLion. Perhaps better know as YoshiJRC.
Music is pretty much my life. I play drums. I'm a 21-year-old junior at Berklee college of music in Boston... it's okay, I've learned some good stuff, but I'm kind of eager to be done. My real passion in life is playing with my band, Wonderful Spells. We've been playing around the city a lot lately and also in other places like NYC, Vermont, and Connecticut. Still need to go on an actual tour though. But we put out our debut EP in May and it's been getting good press in Boston's music magazines/papers.
These days I don't have as much time for video games as I used to but I did buy a Wii recently... I beat RE4 which was great and I just started Twilight Princess. I also bought a bunch of games on Virtual Console.
I've been around the RM2K/3 community for about 7 years now. I started out posting on RMD and Don's, where I was probably mostly an immature pest. I worked on several projects in RM2K but never finished one, usually due to writer's block. I would still like to someday try to make a game, but I dunno if I have the time. I've been thinking of maybe just making music for other peoples' games since I've gotten pretty good at composing MIDIs.

Musicians FTW. I actually checked out Berklee myself a few years back. Didn't like the feel of the place. I'd like to stay somewhat close to my home environment. Yay for being a country bumpkin.

I'm Ciel. I'm very old and have been into the RPG Maker scene for ages. I love it basically because I enjoy seeing what interesting or immersive worlds and stories people come up with, which is why I like the usual favorites of Naufragar, Ara Fell, Rose Chronicles, etc. Word on the street is, I'm secretly a member of a very famous rock band. (I don't know where these rumors come from, man.) I'm mainly a composer and spend most of my time in my little studio working on personal projects and contract work, but I do a lot of writing and study art as a hobby. I'm working on a game for which I'm writing the story, composing the soundtrack, drawing the character art, and piecing together the game systems with my meager but unconventionally effective programming skills. (Real coders would be aghast at my methods.) It's taking a very long time but I'm very enthusiastic about it. I listen to loads of game soundtracks and classic/prog rock. My favorite games/series are Castlevania, Valkyrie Profile, and almost any action adventure game on SNES.

Hey, I'm Zohaib. Am 21 years old and going to college, majoring in marketing. It's really great - I love the creative aspects. I got into RPGMaker a little while back. I think I was something like 15. Some might know me from having created Grave Spirit. Anyway...
I boot up the RM program every weekend sometimes, and just love trying to come up with interesting and unique visuals in photoshop. The skills I've learned over the years actually have helped me a lot. Recently there was a contest at school to see who can make the best advertisement to promote a new "Sports Marketing" program and our group won. My visual tactics helped. So that was cool.
Other that my interests include playing basketball and cricket for a club here. I'm one of the fastest pitchers in my league. (Called Bowlers actually). I also really like to write hip hop music. My favorite musician is Lupe Fiasco. I don't like mainstream rap though. It makes no sense and is all the same shit.
Also I usually don't write this much so you all better read up.

I'm *CENSORED*, just joined. About me, nothing to say except I like everything that includes Horror Movies, RPG/Action/Adventure/Racing games, metal/rock music (Tenacious D, Slipknot, 666). Game Engine I'm using RPG Maker XP, and creating a horror game series. So thats enough about me... ;D

Hey there all. Brand spankin' new guy here. And when I say new I mean "just registered for the forums" new. So like the thread says, allow me to introduce myself.
You can call me Matlock. It's my last name, a lot of people call me by that, so use it. I'm 22 years of age, hailing from the great white north they call Canada. Wayyy out on the easten side in the Maritime area. I quite honestly haven't been involved in the RPG Maker scene very much. I remember many a year ago I messed around with RM2K, but I had no idea what I was using, quickly grew disinterested and discarded it. But I did pick it and RM2K3 up a few years later and was working on a game but my attention span quickly got diverted to other things so I discarded it again. Actually the only reason I've managed to get into it is by sheer coincedance. I was looking at a Wikipedia entry for MUGEN (the popular fighting game engine, another hobby of mine) and followed a related link to something called "Fighter Maker". Lo and behold, from that page I found a link to ol' RPG Maker. So I ended up re-installing it, looked for some games to download, and then found this place. I have to say I have never come across a forum for the series prior to this, nor have I found a site that is actually UPDATED on a regular basis which holds games. I have to say I think I'll like it here. Of course I'm very bad with forums, a lot of times I end up just dissapearing. But hopefully that doesn't happen this time.
Oh yes, I didn't really say much more about myself. Well, I'm 22 years of age, I have a girlfriend whom I've been dating for about two and a half years now, and currently I'm finishing my degree in electrical technology and control systems. I don't know the actual name of the degree cause it seems like it changes every year or so. Anyway, I'd like to think I'm a nice guy. I can be a prick at times, but it's solely to get reactions from people. Uh....well, that's about it.
