I've never played Star Stealing Prince..I need to play more games. I hope I can manage to play it before voting ends to see if I'll vote for it.

There's such a massive disparity between the subscribers and the actual gamer base. You can see it again with the lack of total nominations. Thousands of people play these games, only a dozen or so nominations?
The Misao's aren't well advertised. I think most nominations probably come from forum goers and active subscribers, which is a much smaller number than the general playerbase.

Since I haven't been playing indie games over the last year, I can't vote... but to make up for it, I will play and review the games that win... probably, maybe.

author=SauceWell, for one we don't require people to register to download games, so there will always be a huge discrepancy. Most people don't want to dick around with accounts - they just want a game to play. They don't want to subscribe, they don't want to nominate.

I think your game won't gain enough recognition if you only post it on one site. You will have to re-post your game on many sites and promote it yourself.
That way, some casual players, in case they actually like the game, might eventually sign up for an account and nominate your game. Of course, this is also to show their supports for the creator. :P

I really don't know how to nominate or whatever. But I am gonna try and find out how to now if I still can. I will be aiming to win 2013's Misaos though with Combat Specialist Volume 1.
