[RM2K3] HOW TO CHANGE THE GAME ICON AND TEXT IN GAME SETUP WINDOW

Bulldozer Studios has just finished a demo of a new RPG Maker 2003 Survival Horror game called "The Apartment Complex". However, the games icons are all the default RPG Maker 2003 icons, and all the text in the setup window is "???". I cannot find an option to change either of these ( And yes, I did check "Properties" ). How do I change them?
I know this is a silly question to ask, but this is the first project I've completed, so this is why I need help.

LockeZ
I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

You can't. RPG Maker 2003 was never designed for English use, and the installers it makes don't really work correctly.
I use Inno Setup to make the installer for my RPG Maker 2003 game. This lets me include the Harmony.dll file and the fonts, and give it a custom icon.
Inno Setup lets you make an "installer script" for your game to include files from multiple locations. It can be a little complex to create your own script from scratch though. Here's my script for Vindication, which you can use as long as you edit all the webpages and names, and make sure you generate a new app ID. I have it placing the finished installer in the folder E:\My Documents but you can change that to somewhere you'll be able to easily find it.
I use an icon in .ico format, which gets used for both the installer itself and the game shortcut that it makes, I'm not sure what other file formats it allows for icons. You'll want two versions of the icons - a 16 pixel icon and a 32 pixel icon. I keep the icons in the game's System folder, which is indicated in the script where it says IconFilename: "{app}\System\Vindicon_large.ico". If you want to use my script easily, put your icons in the same place.
----------------
If all of this sounds like way too much work, you can do what 95% of people do, and just put your game in a zip file. However, this means every player who doesn't have RPG Maker installed will have to separately download and run the RPG Maker 2000/2003 font patcher, since text in RM2K3 is mostly-illegible without the right fonts. The font patcher is here.
