Saw the image before you edited your post. The game is called 1bitHeart, not 1B The Heart. It was made by Miwashiba in Wolf Rpg Editor, so no, you don't have the right to use it.
But if someone makes it for you, what if you delete all your games and make a new account again? It'll just go to waste. -_-

I'm not ganging up on anyone. I just think that prospective resource-makers should be wary of making resources for someone who routinely deletes their own games. It just saves them time, really. I honestly don't understand why you do it, but it's your choice as the games' creator.
