CloseRecently i have uploaded my info to my profile, avatar, description, websites... yesterday but today it has gone, some one know what i have to do?, i never have this problem before on any forum.
Dumb question: So, after making all those changes to your account information, did you happen to click on the "Update" button on the bottom of the page?
Odd. Very odd. It might be that you had something invalid and thus it didn't work. For example, avatars need to be 150x150 pixels.

Seems like it since that avatar worked. Most of it should be fine, but just keep in mind that you cannot add a User Title. That is reserved only for those who have donated to the site. The rest should be fine.

It's not really a bug, per se. Just that something that doesn't work halts the whole process. But yeah, glad to have it figured out!
Mu first experience on the forum was:
I donate to the site, first 24 hours nothing happen.
I submit my info all deleted.
I submit a game with the same data that i put on game-jolt and it was denied, this just does not work for me.

If you donated you need to PM kentona and let him know. The MS and title allowance doesn't go through automatically.
The info 'delete' was due to not having the right specs for your avatar or trying to input a title without the right permissions being granted (again, you need to PM kentona for those, so he can check the donation to make sure it goes through).
As for the game, we have standards on the site and won't allow low-quality games on, or ones that don't meet the submission rules (3 in-game images of decent quality, proper writing and length in description). Everyone is treated the same and this way players can expect a pool of good games to pick from, instead of having to wade through a bunch of low-quality ones.

You just had some description issues, which isn't big in the deal of things. Just post your description in that thread and the people there will help you root out the issue. Then just change the description on your game page and resubmit. It should go through fine then.)
