WHAT IS YOUR ALL TIME FAVORITE VIDEO GAME CHARACTER
Posts
Video games are awesome, no doubt. For some, there are particular characters in games we like...maybe even a little too much...? >_>
For some, our favorite video games characters may be someone we can relate to, someone we find intriguing, or someone that we just have this unexplainable liking towards.
So I ask you guys...
...What is your all-time, hands down, favorite video game character and why?
I can answer this forthwith: my all-time favorite video game character (and there really is no contest in my case) is Koei's representation of "Mitsuhide Akechi".

Who didn't see that coming...really now? Anyway, I feel spiritually connected with this character: we both have this strong sense of justice and I even see a bit of my personality in him. Not to mention he's samurai-tastic (I love samurai-tastic characters...or should I say, I like the classic samurai-style characters...you know, the ones who ride into battle with nothing but a single katana).
So, how about you guys...?

Gilgamesh bitches! A recurring boss, an esper that taught valor, the most important spell in FF6, lived after Ex-Death Ex-zoned him in the cave of Gilgamesh, had a slave with one of the best blue magics IN THE GAME(FF5 version),knew how to jump, move around the field and looked cool while doing it. Oh yeah, he had excalipur, the best joke sword in the game and ruined all of my heals, killed all but one and left her mini'd toaded and piged so I couldn't leave the tower because I was out of phoenix downs.

Zak McKracken: tabloid reporter, suave bachelor, frequent flier, infiltrator, treasure hunter, cat burglar, saboteur, freelance astronaut, fish sympathizer, and invincible, unstoppable liberator of Earth.
It's not hands down but it's always the one I think about when asked about memorable video game characters...
Morte.
The real reason is because I just can't get the line "Talk about beating a dead horse" out of my head. It was just so... spot on.

L-L-LOOK AT YOU, H-HACKER: A PATHETIC CREATURE OF MEAT AND BONE, PANTING AND SWEATING AS YOU RUN THROUGH MY CORRIDORS. HOW CAN YOU CHALLENGE A PERFECT, IMMORTAL MACHINE?
I know how you feel, when I met her it was love at first sight. Twice.

I loved Alena though from Dragon Warrior IV!
She was fast AND she kicked ass. Give her some Stiletto Earrings and you're set!

If you don't know who he is, I hate you.
Once upon a time, before Final Fantasy Tactics turned into -
"Fisher Price - Misplaced Modern Youth has Generic Adventure in Fantasy Land!", there was a character named Delita. I would go on, but spoiling it would really ruin the game for those who haven't played it.
If you haven't played FFT yet, you should stop reading this and go play it. Now.
