Really like the detail level in this ♥
The eye is especially nice, but I like it all! The only thing that gets on me a little is the angle of the mouth... And maybe the lighting on the lower part of the nose. Seems like the mouth presses inside the skin... (don't know how to explain) instead of going out of it. And just the upper lip. (the texture is very nice, though!)

@Kyrsty: Yeah it does looks like you are improving. I think the eye positioning is a bit off though.
