I was really hoping that a suitable featured game would present itself, but that just didn't happen! So maybe it is a good time to revisit an old classic or previously overshadowed game.
Eyes Without a Face, Rubi, Vacant Sky were all tossed about recently. Some other games that generated activity in the past few months was Druken Paladin and Beautiful Escape: Dungeoneer. There are also a bunch of old "classic" games that could go up, too.

Eyes Without a Face or Rubi. I'm leaning more towards Rubi though as it was created in three days, is fun to play and looks great too. Not saying that EWaF doesn't look great (it does!) but Rubi also won a fairly recent event. Well, to be fair, EWaF also won it's event. Welp.

not to be a jerk and vote for my own thing, but it would be p cool to see EWaF featured. YDS and i put the whole thing together during her finals and it would be cool to see her ludicrous amounts of stress recognized.

World's Dawn is pretty nice game and very overlooked. It also has a decent amount of custom graphics. Unfortunately, it's just a demo.
Heirs of Techcatl is however a beautifully drawn and well-done custom game.
Shenshetta - Air RPG is another great, overlooked complete game that was released this year.
Eyes Without a Face and Rubi won their respective events (I think) so those would be good choices too. It depends if you guys have a certain "rotation" of styles and platforms for Featured Game. Like one month, you'll do RPG Maker, one month Game Maker, etc. Idk.

yeah we gave up on the event. it's kind of neat that people think we won, but we didn't submit on time.

I don't really know how to make suggestions, since I'm not sure if there are criteria for the selection... like... quality, or popularity, or not enough popularity, or good but overshadowed, etc. For instance, Eyes Without a Face is really good, but everyone talked about it for sometime, it was spammed in hundreds of forums in every language, so I'm not sure there would be a point featuring it right now.
In my personal opinion, frontpaged games should games that are both good and deserving of more attention. But that's just me.
I'd suggest... Heirs of Techcatl, El Dorado, Alistair, or maybe one of the Mario games.

Well, just because we missed the boat on EWaF (my fault!) doesn't mean that it shouldn't be featured. It is still deserving. Heirs of Techcatl is also now high on my radar.
(also, Alistair is gone from RMN! :o!)
