What I mean, is that it'd be kinda like how yours is, and the Regions are huge. They have their own 'world' in a sense, in each region.
It isn't like it'd be a few towns in each. It'll have a lot of towns in each, and different land masses, and if you try to go into a land mass occupied by a different region, it takes you back out to the region choosing menu/map.

Ah, I see what you mean. That would be pretty awesome, as it sounds like it would be several RPGs worth of content in one. It does sound like a huge amount of work though.

Saga Frontier?
@ Lucidstillness: Thanks! I will change the white to another shade of blue, in order to see how it looks, so it does not hurt your eyes as much.
@facesforce
No problem. I think that would be a good idea. While 8 bit games had a lot of contrast, it's always best to have a palette that blends together.
@Commissar_Thule
The mapping looks good. Some of the elements on the tileset look oddly sized (the jukebox is huge!)

@Commissar_Thule: Interesting, never seen those graphics before. Looks good, make a profile on here on RMN.
@Kp: What are you using to make that game? Looks interesting, not many games that allow you to be a skeleton as the main character.
KP man that's fucking awesome. beautiful, dude—I love all the animations. We need more rpg maker games like that. keep going.
I don't see anything wrong with the perspective. It looks nice and I appreciate the use of shading on the ground.
You might want to desaturate the trees a little, though. They pop out too much.

Really like that map and the tileset, I think the problem with the roof is that it's too dark when in the shade in comparison to its color in the light.
I like the map and tileset, but I think the problem is the roof top looks "deeper" than the shingles.
I think it was meant to go down deeper than the shingles.
Also I like it a lot. It looks like something you'd see on Suikoden 1 and 2.

Right I really liked that in Master of the Wind.
@Kp : love that, wonderful custom tileset and character, movement also.
@Comissar_Thule : like those maps, top one in particular. On the bottom one, the windows are running in the roof.
