I still say it should be darkened or something. Aside from probably just looking better, it would make the font a little friendlier on the eyes as well.
@Sorceress Kyrsty : it's the windows I find a bit weird, they don't really fit in, also the curtains look like they're outside.
Now with little orbs that tell you when your skills are up for use. Wooo. (NewBlack's idea.)
Um, in case it seems like a silly addition:
-There are no basic attacks. The attack command is stupid (unless you're playing League of Legends)
-It's a "free-turn" system; anybody can use your actions (even all three of theirs in a single turn)
-Blitzers use cooldown-cost skills to build Burst with each hit that allows mages to use that Burst to deal huge damage, so knowing when skills are up is kind of very important
That looks ridiculously sexy.
-Cool! This will make the game more interesting, and you really can't 'spam' attack!

No. Each character has three skills, each orb corresponding to the first/second/third one. Once you have 16 Burst for Princess's Pyroclasm, her first orb will light up.

@Anaryu - The whose highlighted idea is great, and the character art combines well with the background. Only problem I see is the actual title, it's kinda blurry and hard to read.. Boutalles?

It's kind of animated (gets more defined) but that's one of the more defined steps, so maybe we need to shift the color? (does kinda blend in, doesn't it...)
