Lita is so adorable.

Ara Fell is a beautiful game with a spectacular lead character. Lita is adorable. Everyone loves Lita.

The mapwork is awesome and, aside from a couple tiny hiccups (like tiles on the edge of the map that don't lead to a new map) masterfully done. BadLuck sticks squirrels and butterflies on every single map, so every location is vibrant and full of animation. The maps never seem cumbersome or difficult to navigate like many REFMAP creations do.

The battle system is a little bloated (characters seem to have way more commands than they need), the controls are mapped in a frustrating way (you need to use the number keys for lots of useless moves Lita doesn't really need), and the dungeon puzzles could use some work (lots of key-in-door or single-switch puzzles).

BadLuck isn't afraid to use a Super Mario 64 song for his title screen. That's why he rules.
