Visions & Voices Version 1.6 - now 1.7

This features some late game monster buffing and the resolution of a number of remaining bugs.

It SHOULD be VX RTP independent now, but please let me know if there are any other problems encountered.

Edit: Hooray, we found another stupid bug related to teleporters.

Unfortunately we have to update this a lot because Craze is leaving. =P

I think I'll wait until version 3.9 to download this. By then the bugs will probably be so minor that they won't warrant downloading another version. =P
