The Tiamat Sacrament

It was required that I remove the downloads for Tiamat Sacrament. Though I quickly fixed the issue for which I had to remove them, I cannot immediately re-submit them because at present I am halfway through a rebalancing of every skill in the game and it's completely untested. Rather than give the player a ridiculously unbalanced experience, I'm opting to take the time to put up something worth playing. Check back in a few days.
