Those are not even edges...they are lines that make him go faster.

YDS is referring to the edges of the monster sprite itself, NOT THE STRINGS. See those ugly white edges AROUND THE MONSTER SPRITE, PARTICULARLY THE HEAD? You should fix those, man.

You don't wanna let me circle those ugly white edges now, do you?

Not to mention the fingers look edgy too.

Apparently, I must be blind, because from the screenshot, I don't see any time tunnel of some sort (except for maybe the background).

No no no...the strings make him go much faster but the white edges are his aura...that's all.
