In case you get lost or can't figure out how to solve a puzzle, some of them are here.

Beaunic/Pechora Cave
Although escaping QryCo was technically your first maze, the Beaunic/Pechora Cave is a real litmus test for your ability to navigate a labyrinth. While not extremely long or difficult, it is a foreshadow of mazes to come.

Here is the most direct solution, with the treasure chests' locations and contents (click to enlarge):

Ice Cave Boulders
This one's not hard at all. First push the boulder that's in front of the vine all the way to the right. Then navigate the other boulder into the open area, then into the hallway on the right. If you mess up, leave the area and come back in; the boulders will be reset.

Wind Temple Dash Tiles
Finding the Sail Wings required to use the dash tiles is easy. Navigating the dash tiles in the north area can be daunting. First get the Spirit Key, then come back around and go to the Wind Crystal's room.

Fire Temple
The Fire Temple isn't too large, but a map certainly would never hurt.

Your first goal is to get the Flame Bender so that the flames in the main junction will move out of your way. Then get the Gargoyle Key in the northwest and unlock the three gargoyle cells to find the Courage Key.

Don't forget to pick up the Flint Axe. It will help greatly for the boss battle!

Here is the map (click to enlarge):

Ancients' Library Basement
Now here's a hard one. After you find the key to the basement, you descend to find a complicated maze of levers and sliding shelves. Well I'll try to make it less complicated for you.

Here's how to read the map below:
Each lever is labeled with one or more letters. These letters are switches. The shelves are also labeled, to show which switch activates it, and where it goes. Activating the switch again undoes the shelf's movement.

For example: If you pull the lever labeled "B C," it will shift the shelves labeled B and shrink the shelf labeled C. If you then pull the lever labeled "C E," the shelf labeled C will return to its original size and the shelves labeled E will shift positions.

Note that the positions of the levers are irrelevant. It only matters whether or not you pull them.

Your goal is to get the Plank. After you do you should be able to leave the basement easily by moving over the deeper water troughs. When you get back to ground level, you should leave and save your game before going to the large shelf and picking up the Ancients' Tome.

Earth Temple
Congratulations! You've made it to the Earth Temple. As Dzogden claimed, the temple is enormous. Navigating it can be a nightmare, and you're not allowed to go back to town, so you must ration your items well.

Depending on which exit you used on the mining cart minigame, you will be ejected onto different platforms in front of the main entrance to the Temple. Make sure you get the chest on your level before you climb down--there is no climbing back up!

Once inside, your goal is to get all the way to the right and pull the switch. This will change the mining cart track and allow you to advance to The Crag.

Here's where the fun begins. Your ultimate goal here is to open the red chest containing the Hope Key, but it's locked. To unlock it, you must find the two statue halves and place them on the statue bases on either side of the chest. One statue half is located inside The Crag. To get to the other, you'll need to find the Pick Axe and reach the summit of The Crag to pull the other switch, changing the mining cart track again. Once that's done, you can advance to the final area and collect the second statue half.

After you collect the second statue half, you must return to The Crag and place them onto their bases. Only the correct placement will unlock the chest. An incorrect placement will knock the chest down to the next level, and you'll still need to place the statues in the correct places to unlock the chest.

After you get the Hope Key, leave The Crag again and take the cart to get to the Prayer's Door. Inside is the Earth Crystal.

Water Temple
So you've made it to the Water Temple--a technological marvel accomplished by the Ancients. The nonstop flow of an underground river drives the complicated hydraulic mechanisms that keep the giant steel orb slowly spinning.

Though it is not the largest dungeon, nor is it filled with the most difficult monsters, the Water Temple is arguably the most complicated dungeon in the whole game. This can be summarized with just two words: Rotating Doors. That's right--as the floors of the Water Floor rotate, many doors will lead to different areas! Luckily, the process is cyclical, so eventually the door will lead back to the same place again.

Though the following map of the Water Temple is complete, it is by design difficult to decipher.

To get to the Water Crystal, you must collect both the Wisdom Key (floor 4) and the Oxygen Bubble (floor 5). Additionally, to obtain the Wisdom Key, you must pull both hydraulic switches (floors 3 and 5). The following walkthrough, paired with the map above, should help you get every treasure and get to the Water Crystal:

Getting started

Step 1
You start on Floor 1. Go to any of the four doors and wait until the diagram switches to green, and enter.

Step 2
You're now in an area with pillars: you have to go down to the room south of you by walking counterclockwise around the area. The room can only be entered, but not escaped! All of the doors in the entire Water Floor may only be passed through in one or two directions: up or down. Right now you can only travel up through them. Accessing a computer console will allow you to change the access direction to down (or back to up again). But all the computer consoles in the Water Temple are powered off until you pull the switch on the wall. Once the computers are turned on, they will remain on unless you pull the switch again, but there is no point to doing that. Once you've switched the door direction to down, you can exit the room.

Acquiring the Silver Sword
The Silver Sword is hard to find, and inaccessible if you've pulled hydraulic lever A. The following steps will guide you to the Silver Sword while it's still convenient.

Step 3
Travel back up the long narrow hallway, through an open door into a C-shaped room. Exit down through the door there. You'll see another switch here--it's a decoy. Pulling it will deactivate all the computer consoles again, so just ignore it. Head north then west, past the open door to Floor 3. Instead, head as far west as you can, and then go down through that door. Go down through the next door to the west. Head east and switch the doors on the computer console. Go all the way west and follow the wall south to find another door. Go up through the door and enter the open door to floor 3.

Step 4
Grab the chest and go back to floor 2. Head north and east to find a hallway with a computer console. Use the console to switch the door directions, then walk back west and head south, past the left and right doors, and go through the door in the middle.

Step 5
Go east and switch the computer console. Continue southeast to find another door. Go up through the door and use the computer console to change the door direction to down again. Enter through the open door to floor 3.

Step 6
Follow the winding path until you reach two doors. Go down through the west one. When you reach the rotating door, wait until the color is either yellow or blue, and then enter.

Step 7
You should be at a row of doors (vertical or horizontal depending on which color you chose). In either case, walk over to the door next to you and wait for it to open, then enter.

Step 8
You're now back up on Floor 3. Walk east and heal at the save crystal. Then walk back to the revolving door, and enter it when the color is red. Now you're back down on floor 4, but this long and winding path leads to the Silver Sword!

The Oxygen Bubble and the Wisdom Key

Step 9
Once you've gotten the sword and backtracked through the door, you should be back up on Floor 3 near the save crystal. The path behind the crystal branches. If you take the right path, you'll find the Assassin's Dagger for Lola. If you take the left path and then go straight up, you'll find 8000 Marks. If you take the left path and then continue left, you'll reach hydraulic switch A. Pull it, then head back to the rotating door!

Step 10
Enter the door when it's yellow. Then head north, but go past the open door to floor 5. Follow the wall right--it's a hidden passage! If you follow the wall around and to the south, you'll pick up a Diamond Plate for Stephanie.

Step 11
After you get the diamond plate, backtrack--again, passing the open door to floor 5--and enter through the middle-right door when it opens (labeled on the map as door Q).

Step 12
You can take this time to save, but make sure you're back at the door to enter it when it turns green!

Step 13
Go west and follow the path south, down to the open door to floor 5. Here you'll find another save crystal--and the Oxygen Bubble that you need to reach the last room!

Step 14
Go back through the door to floor 4. Follow the hallway, past both rows of doors, to an isolated open door on the east side that leads back down to floor 5.

Step 15
Ignore the computer console, and go up and left, and down through the door. Follow the long hallway until you reach a computer console and a rotating door to floor 6. Switch the computer console and jump in the door (any color).

Step 16
In the center of the room is a save crystal and a chest with a Nostrium. After you save, jump into any of the rotating doors when they show yellow.

Step 17
Follow this hallway to the end to find hydraulic switch B. Pull that, and you're ready to get the Wisdom Key! But, there's something else we need to get first...

Step 18
Backtrack and enter the revolving door to floor 6. Turn around and go back in when the door is red, then switch the computer console and go back down to floor 6.

Step 19
Enter the door again when it's blue, and follow the doors north. Go west and down and you'll find a room with nothing but a computer console. Enter the room--hidden to the right is a chest containing a Ribbon! Equip this on any of your characters to prevent all status effects. Nice! Switch the computer again and leave the room.

Step 20
Go back north, then follow the edge of the floor to the west, where you'll find another door up to floor 4.

Step 21
If you follow this hallway to the center of the floor, you'll find a save crystal and the Wisdom Key! Now you're ready to go to the last room!

Step 22
The easiest way down to floor 6 is to go back the way you entered this floor: to the west, into the door that brings you back down to floor 5. Follow the floor clockwise until you reach a one-way door: go south through the hallway and into the revolving door at the end. Congratulations, you've reached the end! Save and enter the center door. Good luck!

Alice's Second Earring
Once you find Alice's first earring with her detector, you have to find the other on your own. The location is random each game, but the answer is downstairs in the library:

Each shelf represents a 1- or 2-digit number. There will be an empty bookshelf in each of the four clusters, which will correspond to coordinates. The bottom row has the shelves arranged sequentially, but the top row does not; you have to use the process of elimination to figure out which number is missing.

Say for example that the top row is missing books 20 and 5, and the bottom row is missing books 30 and 9. That means that the earring is located at either 25, 39 or 39, 25.

Final Boss's Lair
So you've finally gotten to the final boss's lair, eh? Well, the trek to the end will be very long and difficult. So much so that you must take in two parties to work together!

Below is the entire map to the last boss's lair, including treasure locations and, whenever possible, an arrow marking the shortest route. You will fight many bosses along the way, so in the interest of minimizing spoilers, I won't give any boss hints. Good luck!

Outside the lair
Here you will choose your two teams of four and descend into the lair. Note the hidden chest with a unique spell, Singularity. This is one of the four ultimate spells hidden throughout the world. The other three are well hidden, but one of them comes with hints to find the others. None of them are inside the final lair.

Once inside, the teams will be forced to go down two different paths. I've labeled the paths as "Team A" and "Team B" so that it'll be easier to keep track of who's going where.

Air Floor
At first glance, this floor might seem overwhelming. But in truth, each team's path isn't very complicated. Note, however, that Team A has to push a boulder to block a wind current that would knock both teams down into a dangerous pit. It's advised that Team A goes first.

Also note that all of the cavern areas and treasures are completely optional. Though, their contents are worth investigating.

Fire Floor
The teams do not need to work together on this floor: each merely has to make it to the end. The enclosed region to the left with the Red Dragon is reserved for unfortunate souls who were knocked down from the above floor by the wind gusts. The region is inaccessible from this floor.

About midway through Team B's path is a pool of flames and a switch. The switch cannot be pulled now, but this will be important later on, so take note.

Earth Floor
The Earth Floor really epitomizes the concept of "puzzles and mazes." Team B must navigate a cavern maze to locate and solve four sliding puzzles. Once all four are solved, both teams work together to solve the mining cart puzzle in the center of the floor and unlock the path to the next floor. Again, the most direct route is labeled, but you'll have to go out of your way to get any treasures.

Ice Floor
The ice floor is the last floor before the boss, but something's not right. One team meets an immediate dead-end, and the other team finds only frozen chests and switches.

To advance, Team A must stand on the button in the center of the map. This will unlock the lever back on the fire floor (remember that?) so that it can now be pulled. Thus, Team A must stay on the button while Team B goes back up to the fire floor to throw the switch.

Water Floor
You've probably already figured out what would happen. The released flames fall all the way down to the ice floor and thaw it out. With the ice barricades gone, the floor can now be navigated!

However, there is a small catch. Where once was solid ice that could be walked over, there now are vast pools of water. Luckily, the wooden bridge Team A crossed was directly underneath the path of the flames, so while it's been destroyed, some pieces of the bridge remain, and both teams can use them to raft across the pools of water.

The teams can only raft across pools of high water. To get across low pools, someone has to pull a switch to raise the water levels. Predictably, this lowers the level in the other pools. Additionally, switches can only be pulled in their "up" position: to reverse the water levels, you have to find a different switch. Each switch is either up or down, depending on which pools are filled.

Coordinating your teams on the water floor takes some getting used to, and as a result there is no simple route to the whirlpool in the center (both teams' goal). Use the below map to help you navigate the floor, and scoop up treasure along the way.

Outside the Final Boss's Room
Both teams must make it into the whirlpool to unlock the final room. When one team makes it in, they will have access to switches to control the water levels on the water floor, in order to assist the other team to the whirlpool.

There will be a couple treasures in this room to help you out for the final battle. Don't forget that both teams share the same inventory!

Best of luck.
