Quotes aside, I played 10 minutes of it, I lost to the boss and that's how far I got thus far. I'll play more of it later today.
I chose Cross, and beat the first boss, which I may add did far too much damage in relation to the random encounters. After that I crossed the bridge and went to the new area. My party is Cross, Celia, Elmyra, and Dirk. The new enemies here have too much HP! The damage the enemies dish out is fine, but it takes 6-7 actions to kill a single enemy in the new area compared to 2-3 in the first area? D:

I stopped playing after getting to what I assume is the boss guarding these two chests. I didn't fight it yet though. I'll continue playing today.
Boost your Weapons. +1 Atk really makes a Difference. Making your 6-7 to 3-4.
ALRIGHT, I have played this for an hour and twenty minutes straight thus far. First impression not bad, but a lot needs to be adjusted.

First off, battles, take too damn long, I know you mentioned those ores or whatever, I had +5 on J-Man (Cross) and 3 on Dirk, and it was still taking too long. For the "first area"ish, the HP and such needs to be toned down. First area isn't bad, like 1 or two hits and then they're smited, good good. But 2nd area when I fought the 2nd boss was a little annoying, perhaps you should've mixed enemies in the first section and 2nd section so that way it won't be as tedious.

Next up, bosses... I know bosses are supposed to be tough and all, but I don't like fights that drag on... I fought Boss #2 for like 10ish minutes, drop the HP down a tad on some of the bosses, the difficulty is fine, but balance it out a little.

The random encounters are perfect, not too frequent and doesn't take forever to get in one, I like that part so you did good there. But regarding the dungeon exploration, those warp wing things should just be used wherever and take you out of the dungeon, instead of finding warp points or whatever.

You got the right idea, just adjust some things here and there, and the game can be more enjoyable, also just a little annoyance not really needs to be changed but fix the frame skipping thing, make it smoooth, I recall there being a script where it makes it smoother, but that's your call.

Lastly, music... PICK A BETTER BOSS THEME (I'll see to it boss, don't worry. ha ha.) A lot of the other places are fitting well though.
Pretty cool stuff dude. For bugs, there's one in the cutscene near the beginning with the 1st boss hidden inside the treasure chest. At one point during the dialogue, Celia's name comes up as being the one talking when she's not there.
