Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door had about 90 bages, if you included the partner versions of the badges as well. As of this post, SW has 107, not including partner versions. (If we were to include parter badges, it would be 270). The number of badges is still climbing, since the majority of our current badges are support ones and not attacks. We still have more attacks and support badges to make, so I won't be surprised if we hit 150.
Points goes to the first person to break the game through badge abuse when it's released.
Some new screenshots have been uploaded if you want to take a look. For those who don't know, here are a few newer features that maybe haven't been mentioned.
-Enemies with badges. Some enemies randomly come into battle with badges and use them. There's a new screenshot showing it. You can see the badge they have too so it's really cool. When you beat them there's a chance you can get the badge right then.
-More Overworld interaction. Also in the screenshots. You can see Mario and Luigi Twister jumping. There's also hammering and Starlite actions to do on the overworld. As well as Bowser Punching and spitting fire.
-Many sidequests to go get badges and ores.
That's all I can think of right now. I'll update this later.
-3 new chapters in addition to the prologue!
-Play as Team Bowser (Bowser & Kammy), Team Mario (Mario & Luigi) and Team Kammy (Kammy, Sir Spinalot, &Kappin)
-4-6 Hours of gameplay!
-Fight against the Minion of the Week! A powerful monster whose data is online, so even after the demo is released you can still fight a new monster every week!
