No, it does. They're just hard to find because most of the words are in Japanese.

*Sighs* Is there a patch or something that allows you to move the start-up menu? Because for the life of me, I can't make a title screen that doesn't have the title covered up in some way.

In the script editor there's an entry "Scene_Title." I haven't done much work with RGSS aside from breaking things, but I'd bet the coordinates for the menu are in there (lines 42 & 43 look promising). You should backup your entire project folder before you mess with it though.

Also, I believe title screens are 640 x 480, so I think the feet are going to get cut off.

This is shaping up. Before it was "nice" and "serving its purpose". Great Job!

The feet do get cut off, but that's not such a bad thing.

EDIT: Line 43 was the correct line. Now the title is no longer obscure. Also, I think this is a great job for a title screen considering I did it in MS Paint.
