Rapid Release

The button up there now downloads an updated version fresh off my little red riding computer here. Funny how a person referred to as The Wolf Coder is making that reference.

Flash Events and drawing bars were added. You can make whatever bars you want in your gauge graphic (System 2), and then draw them all over the place. They can be arbitrarily long (by the pixel) and can be filled to any pixel amount. You can put them anywhere and draw as many as your computer can handle.

If you want more than three different bar patterns visible on the screen at once, you should stop and think about your game design for a second. You can use one pattern as many times as you like (drawing 800 "HP" bars for example), so I don't mean a limit on the number of bars visible on the screen; only the different kinds of bars.

You'll find the actual changes made in the Message: part of the log here, it's safe to ignore the rest. Anyway, here's the list of changes since the last download (woo-!, I'm all accountable and stuff):

OK, but is it backwards compatible with the old save state formats?
Nope. Unless you're playing Final Tear 3, playing over from the start of a game shouldn't be so bad.
