Features:
1)The player explores in first person viewpoint in the Normal World(Interactive Visual Novel gameplay mode), or in third person viewpoint in the Dream world(RPG gameplay mode)
2)Original game graphics and music
3)Different possible endings depending on gameplay

Game plot:
In Night One: Amnesia, the player takes control of the main character - "067", a girl who's lost all her important memories including her name.
067 is split between two parallel worlds. She enters the Dream World when she fell asleep, where she has to fight off hostile evil creatures. As she explores deeper into the Dream World, she began to regain fragments of her lost memories. She eventually learns about the dark secrets behind the existence of this parallel world and she's increasingly having to confront her "Dark Side".

Upon completing each chapter, referred to as an "Night" in the game, 067 wakes up back in the Normal world which is her hospital. 067 will be interacting with the other characters and attending various sessions with Doctor Brown. During the game he will give 067 several psychological tests which are quite important. The player will have the opportunity to change others' opinion of 067(Like Points), through responding to their conversation with different dialogue choices. This may influence the plot and the game ending.

However, as the game plot proceeds, the boundaries between the two worlds begin to blur...

*IMPORTANT NOTICE*
After you've finished downloading Lucid Dream - Night One:Amnesia Version 1.0, You may need to open the game folder and then create a folder called "Sav" in it, otherwise you would not be able to save the game. However if the folder"Sav" is already there then you don't need to do this.
I'm really sorry for the inconvinience!

Version 1.0 is finally finished, Yay! Craving comments and ideas...

I just feel so happy now I've finished my first game ever!!!
Thanks to everyone that supported this game. I've really appreciated it!

Lucid Dream - Night One:Amnesia Version 1.0 is now uploaded:
http://rpgmaker.net/manage_games/3026/downloads/

I've made two editions:

1) Wholescreen Edition
Recommended screen resolution: 1280 x 960 pixels
(I tested it on my laptop which has the resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels - the screen appears slightly distorted but it's not a major problem)

I recommend this edition because games are much more atmospheric when played in whole screen! However, the name event at the begining of the game(640 x 480 Window Edition) has been removed in this edition, because the programming scripts are not compatible...I will try to fix it in the Standard Version in the future.

2) 640 x 480 Window Edition
This game runs in a command window sized 640 x 480 pixels.
In this edition the player can name the character "067" at the beginning of the game, something which you can't do in the Wholescreen edition.

I would really love to hear your comments and ideas - I want to improve this game in the future. Please tell me any problems and bugs that you find in the game and I'll try my best to fix them. I have already fixed a lot of bugs such as dialogue speed, events switches and battle system etc, but I know it's not perfect.

I'll be working on new content in the summer holidays, after I've finished my A-Level exams. By that time I would have more time and energy to make games...I've already got a cool idea in mind for my next game and I can't wait to realise this idea!

So thanks and I hope you'll enjoy this game!

Thanks, it's more like RPG but combines both Visual Novel and RPG gameplay.
Totally got the first download.
I love what I've played of the trial so far, but for some reason, when I try to save it gives me an error and shuts down the game window.

Sorry I didn't discover this bug before, I think it's because I've deleted all the save files before I uploaded it. I'll try to fix this bug.

I know how to fix this problem now. I'm so sorry for the inconvinience...I hate bugs!!!
You would need to open the game folder and then create a new folder in it, then name it "Sav". This should work.

You're welcome! Thanks for telling me this bug.
I have replaced the original game download files and tested it, it works alright now.
Just finished playing it, and I'm already enthralled.

I eagerly await the next part!
I have to say I like it, just it feels like the things were cut out more from the "normal world", like did she just passed out when the questions were over or what? But over all I like it, maybe that's why I feel this way.
So how is this coming along?
Finished the trial. There are some grammar mistakes, and you forgot to capitalize the first letters. Some of the punctuations are out of place too. But overall, the gameplay is fun and the effects are mind-blowing. The sharkies reminds me of TWEWY hehe. :3
...really? That's too bad... it's only been a year though... :/
Feedback:

-Intro is damn pretty. Music, graphics, and writing all harmonize together to produce some really professional-quality stuff.

-Some minor spelling issues. A lot of misplaced capitalization.

-Some funky passability stuff. Not game-breaking, and seems to only have to do with events (I walked all over that first knife, clicking for it, until I found the magic sweet spot. Likewise, the first time I entered the room, I was able to walk through an event telling me I couldn't leave. I didn't leave the room, I just wandered around in the blackness around the edges of the map. When I came back to the room, the event telling me that I couldn't leave kicked back in.)

-Battle animations have a nice amount of detail, although the freeroam environments feel pretty sparse.

-Lots of paths that look like they should lead to another screen, but do not actually. Maybe close them off at the end?

-Possible bug: got two red cocoons from a battle, text displayed this as "red cocooned cocoon"

-Sprites are phenomenal. I really like the generic spirit enemies, as well as Alartige.

-Soundtrack is smooth, and doesn't feel repetitive.

-All in all, you've got an awful lot of polish for such a short game. This is impressive. Even if it's not still a work in progress, this is an impressive thing you'd made.
