The font still looks pretty bad/out of place but the background is an improvement.

Thanks for the quick feedback! Anyway, I think want something "fancy" for the lettering, but not necessarily aligned in a straight line like this (see: first attempt's lettering alignment). As a general rule, I like "MagicMedieval" as a title screen font. However, seeing as the font is probably the intellectual property of Wizards of the Coast, the chances of me using with this game is quite slim!
