Progress Report

Wait we’re still doing this?

Yes, yes I know I promised a while ago that I’d have something by now, but between life, gaming and procrastination I’ve achieved a lot less than I’d hoped for by now... A lot less.

Now I am still working on this so for the five of you who give a damn you don’t worry about that. But I know longer have no idea how long it’s going to take before the next update. So... yeah.

There has been some progress made however. I did finally manage to get myself a new jumping sprite. Behold:

This was originally made by KillerWolf with some light editing done by me. So thanks for that KW.

Progress Report

New monthly plan.

So I finally stopped playing Xenoblade Chronicles long enough to put some actual work into this project. So in an attempt to keep interest up, and to keep me motivated, I’ll be adding details about the games characters and the world and stuff that I plan to steadily update monthly with new data.

Because, you know, that’s always popular with the critics (Insert sarcastic snickering).

I hate bugs... Also a Demo update.

With Zeuzio’s review out I’ve gone and decided to make some light changes to the demo (mostly item drop rates) and some spelling to help enhance the gameplay somewhat.

I have also been made aware of quite a few bugs that cause the game to crash, I fully apologise for that. Believe me if I knew that there were any bugs still like that in the demo I would not have realised it in the first place.

Fortunately with the updated demo all those bugs are gone (hopefully). Better yet the game no longer needs RPG 2K3 installed in order to play.

Of course if there are any more problems with crashes please let me know as soon as possible so I can fix it.

Thank you and remember have fun.

Finally, Progress!

Wow it’s been a while, but finally after months of sitting on my ass I’ve actually done something!

First off, you’ll notice, that I have a Demo up! It’s shorter than I was originally planning, but it will certainly showcase the game well, until the next big update. And everyone give a round of thanks’ to tpasmall who edited the script for first part of the demo.

You’ll probably also notice that I’ve changed the battle screen menu to a more detailed based one, but I don’t know whether I’ll keep it like this or revert back to the face based screen. I guess I’ll wait to see if there’s any fan reaction about it.

I’ve also added some images and fixed up the main page a little. I wanted to do this all in one block to save bumping the page every other day.

That’s it for now until the next big update, unless I’ve forgotten something. So please enjoy the game, and remember have fun.

Status blog: Yes the gears are still turning.

It’s been a while so I thought I’d give an update for my fans (yes both of you):)

The good news, I’ve gotten myself a new editor in the form of tpasmall, who will handling the grammar (and making the game readable again).

The bad news, it’s going to take a lot more time for things to get done. So you’ll just have to be patient.

The other good news, I’m working on implementing a new skill learning system for the game, which should rock.
