What is all the space between the icons to the left and the Active weapon for? To display the bosses' HP, perhaps? It feels like there should be something there... Actually, I think it may be a bad call for the Active weapon to be so tiny and apart from everything else. After all, the first and most important thing I'd like to know is what weapon I have equipped and how much ammo I have left. And it would be easier for the eye if everything would be on the same side of the screen.

If he ends up in a Bay of Pirates, I'm going to assume this game is subliminally advocating illegal downloads and will have to get very, very upset with it.

(Also I laugh every time I see that octopus holding a gun and wearing a hat. Ha ha ha, silly octopus, you don't have thumbs and they don't make hats to fit octopuses, ha ha ha)

@ae: I suppose originally the idea was for the HUD to contain more things, sure.. But after thinking about it and considering how the game currently is/how we want it to feel, none of the ideas for what could/would take up that space seem fitting anymore :< plus after testing the game over and over the empty space on the HUD has become familiar.. In fact, I sort of forgot entirely about putting any more stuff there until you mentioned it again.
