Recently decided that I'm going to write up a fairly extensive "Manual" for DFR, much like you would (and still do) find accompanying commercial games. This guide will detail how to play and install the game, the spells and equipment found throughout your adventures, terminology, etc.
Currently I've just finished 8 pages, and hope to make steady progress throughout the week. It's pretty fun, actually! Something different.
Just completed the "Gameplay" part of the manual. Details battle commands, etc. and explains how combat works. I know DFR uses the default RM2K battle system, but I thought I'd add all that in there just to make it more... "authentic." Haha. This is turning out to be a pretty neat little side project!
