playing through your new demo and I got to say vanielle is too weak, he dies too fast :/

Yeah, he's a pretty weak character health wise. But his healing and dps is amazing later on.
Stay healed, and feel free to fight on normal difficulty (not heroic.) I didn't design the game for any grinding.

Also, that's the point of the game where I try and teach the player to use items. You should have quite a lot of healing items that restore 500 health or more, and Vaniel learns an ability to make his own later on.
