A screenshot of a possible area. One of the New characters (Bai) will probably live here since orochii mentioned that she lives in a forest. By the way, Bai is definitely a winning character. I haven't programmed her yet, but I have an idea of how she will play. If you have no idea of what she looks like, here she is.

Maybe you could cover the empty background space with more distant trees? Using shades of blue as in ActRaiser, I dunno. Would that look any good?

Yeah. I could do that. In fact, that sounds perfect! But right now, I'm working on Sunset Desert (used to be sunset canyon). So, when I get done with that, expect to see a lot of changes.

it's actually better to lighten up the trees instead of just painting them black. generally the closer things are the darker they become. fyi.

True. I haven't done much on this area yet. Right now it's going through the design process, so expect to see many changes.
