Ich radel gern.

Yet another great game made in the 5-hours-gam mak badaption event.
You get to prepare for Hellstrack - with more and more dangerous and unrealistic challenges in your way.

There is only one track to hear, namely "Thunder in Your Heart" and it suits the game perfectly! Except for the fact that your speed ridiculously low compared to the obstacles you jump over and the music.

Beware of my skills!

You run cycle along a pathway .. and continue said pathway until you reach the end of your training course. The end.

The biker is a nice custom asset (as well as a fancy promotion of Rad), the rest is filled with RTP graphics.
There is no story, no gameplay aside from keeping your right directional button pressed (yes yes, early on you need to steer up and down as well) and it is very, very short.
It would've been neat to at least need to hit some button to jump over obstacles instead of automatically doing so. It feels more like watching this guy than playing him.

You ride through towns and grass until you reach deadly fires and a 100 meter gap to jump over. The starting part is almost too long as the grass soon bores you.

The combination of slow cycling, rocky music and howering jumping over obstacles is at least very amusing - as exaggerated as trash is supposed to be.

There is nothing of merit to play here, but it is worth a smile and a chuckle.

I honestly spent more time on the jump events and game page logo than anything else... Thanks for the review!

In retrospect this was my first attempt at a side-scrolling game, despite my jokey intentions, and will one day serve as a tech demo for an actual game. The usage of button pressing, and maybe a charge up feature a la Mario Bros 3, would have been awesome, agreed. I think I joined the event late, and squeezed this out in a rush.
Gladly!
Smart choice to use it as a small tech demo. And no worries, I can't see how you would make a game during that time if not in a rush. But I like my dose of trashy stuff just as well.
