The Kingdom of Nightingale once stood proud and strong, but is now nothing but a mere shadow of what it once was. A mysterious plague has seeped into the land, causing an epidemic of citizens transforming into savage nightmare creatures that walk as men do, but hunt as wolves - Werewolves. As the kingdom teeters on the edge of madness and destruction, the capitol city of Lumina has closed its gates and is now a safe haven for those who retain their humanity. It is even said that a cure is being researched there. However, not every town has that kind of protection. The smal farm village of Galestone must rely on their own citizens to protect and fight off the feral werewolves. Among these citizens is Caine Bellmore, an incompetent but well-meaning boy. Despite being more hinderance than help, he vows to protect his village, as well as his sister, Lyra, against the beasts. But when the curse makes its way into the village and overcomes Lyra, the true hunt begins.
