BROCCOLI

I'm eating Broccoli right now. Totally relevant.

Progress is coming a little more slowly than I'd like. I'm still stuck on World 3 unfortunately: Specifically 3-2. Although I've finished my first draft of the level I really don't like how it turned out. I wanted to make a tower level, but not just have the player go up the whole way. That's boring. And that's gonna happen later anyway!

So I figured I'd make it more like a particularly tough fortress (for this game). But this is trickier than it sounds! You'd think making a game where the theme is brutal unforgiving challenge and death, the ideas would just be pouring in. You'd be wrong. Since I don't want it to be "too" difficult I'm trying to save all my hardest ideas for the final world. And thus, I must restrain myself from utilizing these traps.

Restraining myself is hard: I resorted to spikes falling up. For shame.

Plus I don't have a clear vision for World 4. Theme-wise. I'm still dilligently working on this project but the way things are going the first release will not be the final version. Many revisions will have to be made! This sort of game can't really be improved on adequately without user feedback.
