I fail to see how. FF5 had a pyramid dungeon, but it's nothing like mine in terms of design.
I dunno. There are no similarities between the screenshot and anything in FF4. I can only assume that Somaru was referring to FF5 (which has a pyramid in it).

It reminds me of Fabul, like Somaru said, just replace the pyramid with a castle.
