No no, the magicite isn't the ruler of the supposed kingdom. It is simply keeping a manifestation of him (the ruler) there, though it isn't intentional on the Esper's part. It's just chilling on the throne in magicite form. The disembodied voice is pretty much just exploiting the power of the magicite given that is given off by its presence there, and he doesn't want the magicite to be removed because then he would disappear, and he doesn't want that.
This isn't even a major event or anything either, it's part of an optional location.

I bet it's a leafer.
EVEN MORE TERRIFYING!
You know, it took me about 5 years to figure out that the sprite for a leafer was a rabbit jumping out of a bush. Before that point, I thought it was just a really menacing looking plant! And the term "leafer" seemed to fit that view really well.
author=OblicI always assumed that the leafer sprite was a rabbit laying on a pile of leaves.

There are a few sprites that I couldn't figure out for years. The Exocite, Nerapa, and Rhodox sprites in particular were hard for me to distinguish for a while.

Bomb from FF4?
Oh, I never played the GBA version... Or was it in the SNES version too?
author=Adon237I don't know, it was hard to tell when I was younger. Nerapa always looked like a man in a frog suit to me, and I thought that a rhodox was... I don't even know. I thought that the end of the tail was an eyeball. Playing on a crappy old TV probably didn't help matters.
I can understand the Exocite, but Nerapa and Rhodox were particulary... i don't know... obvious?
Bomb was in the SNES version too, but since there was no internet back then, only a few people ever knew about it.
I was one such lucky person :D

iirc there's four enemy drops summons in FF4. Imp, Bomb, Cockatrice (dummied out in FF2, not sure about FF4ET), and the Mage/MindFlayer.

Oh wow, I knew of them but I thought that they were new to the GBA version!
... Suddenly, an idea is hatched for Blackmoon Prophecy!

F YOOOOOUUUUU!
Bomb was awesome. His damage scaled differently from other stuff. For a mere 10 MP, he does damage comparable to Rydia's strongest spells/summons at any given time. I was using Bomb on Zeromus because his damage was equal to Bahamut's.

and then i will cry
does this idea involve those summons?
Yeah, but I don't know if I really want to do it or not.
