Story Synopsis
Thirteen years ago, a young boy disappeared in his sleep during the night while resting in the same room as his sister. The search for the lost boy was conducted for several years by his family and the town of Porta were they live, but ultimately everyone came to accept that he is lost forever. Various rumours were thereafter spread by different people: he was consumed by his dreams, kidnapped by dark creatures, or he just simply escaped. Over the years, his parents grown longing for him, and now they are only shades of humes they once were.

Now, a mysterious young man comes to the town looking for his younger sister. Will he find what he is looking for?

World Development
The game takes place on a planet called Globe. There are three large continents on Globe: Metens, Arteria, and Slavis. Metens lies far to the east and its environment can be described as being "evergreen," while Arteria is located from west to south and has transitional climate. Slavis is located to the north, and is very paradoxical in climate: southern part of the continent is covered with sand, but to the north, in the mountains, it is covered with snow. Several smaller and bigger islands are also present and the Forlorn Island between the three continents is the most well known one.

Metens Continent's capital is named after the continent, located on the west coast, and is run by the Dynast Archduchy with Sidus Hora Dynast being its current Archduke. On the east coast, one can visit seaside town of Porta, Conexia Caves, Doss, Metens Forest, and Metens Tower and heading to south-west Larimar Glade, Metens Massif, Limens and its expansive Library, Riparian Waterway, Streambank, Metens Highroad, and the continent's capital city, Metens.

Battle System: Which I Should Use?

I'm currently quite conflicted as I don't know which battle system should I use, but I certainly need one that will allow me to create ability sequences (you know, like in Final Fantasy series where each Omnislash hit delivers some damage to the target), has some form of visible player characters in the middle of a fight, and will be some form of ATB as I want to player to feel the flow of battle. Currently, my eyes are on wltr3565's Action Cost Card Turn System which is quite dynamic and compatible with Tankentai (also I'd rather not tu use Tankentai) and would fit with the game's style in my opinion.
An example screenshot:

Zetu also created a battle system called ZEXAL Battle System which isn't as much as advanced like ACCTS and doesn't allow for mixing with different battle systems but has the ability to use some cool sprites.
Example screenshot:

There are also other battle systems: ziffee's ATB system, Yanfly Engine Melody, Tankentai, and Command Synergy Battle (this one is actually very limiting), and that is to only mention the popular ones.

Maybe you know a battle system that is dynamic, 'sideview', and allows advanced skills to be made?

Where are the first 2 Kingdom Fantasy's?

And about this line in your description:
Follow the story of Sierra, Gladius, Cielle and the others while uncovering the reasons behind underage children's disappearance.

You don't need 'underage' since all children are underage.
Alrite! The first post!

The first two Kingdom Fantasies were made by a person who identifies himself as Aukill, however, the contact with him seems lost and the first two Kingdom Fantasies were uploaded on MegaUpload which is currently down, although I saw a rumour that MU will be reopening, but I do not know if this is true.
Kingdom Fantasy: Link
Kingdom Fantasy II: Link
I've sent a message regarding broken links to Aukill, but he seems to be rarely active on the RPGMakerVX.net forum, at least.

I guess you're right with the "underage children" thing: I guess I was influenced a bit by the game's plot when I was writing that sentence.
