CloseThis game definately has it's own charm. I'm a sucker for these type of games. I already want to play it from what I've seen so far.
Just remember to keep it simplistic and focus on "discovery" and introduce some good characters! I hope you got some good music as well, it'll really improve the atmosphere.

What happened to that other game of yours.. uhh, forgot it's name but it was like based in Antarctica or something related to that place? This does look unique, this graphical style is perfect for this game idea I have, anyways it looks fantastic, story seems to be nice and simple, which goes perfectly with the graphics. I'll be anticipating a release!

macubex - couldn't agree with you more. I'm making the zones of the game as extremely diverse and intriguing as possible. And all the characters (even minor ones) have their own little quirks and behaviors that I hope people will enjoy.
Eijin - yeah, I'm still working on Terra Australis Incognita too. This is just something I'm doing on the side for fun, it's a lot more lighthearted.

TTsmasher - yes, the graphics are 100% original...I wouldn't have it any other way. RTP/ripped games are a dime a dozen :P
I get such an Earthbound/Mother vibe from the look of this game, and as the Mother series is my absolute favourite when it comes to 2d gaming, that's a wonderful thing. If you ever get a release out, I will devote my full undivided attention to reviewing this bad boy. It looks absolutely great, keep working on it!
