Ranma 1/2 RPG DX

I have internet access again (Hurray!) So I'll be able to keep things up to date more. The project isn't dead, but I've taken a break from it to work on Parallel Darkness, an older game of mine. Also I nixed the idea of porting the game to VX, so it will still be a 2k3 game.
