Sorry if I misunderstand....this is different than what I have been playing?
This says LAST DREAM-FULL GAME but below it says its a full version of a 3 hour trial.
Will my save files carry over or is it better to just start from scratch because of possible major changes?

This one is the full one (~900 mb). You still only get to play 3 hours. After that you have to buy the key to unlock the rest of the game. Regarding the rest, White Giant will have to answer that.
