A little something that I got going on is that shops will recognize whether you buy an item or not. It's nothing major, but it's something that makes shops a little more personal and memorable other than something you do on autopilot.
They know when you're being a cheapskate...
...and when you're actually giving them business.
So there's that! Not major, but a little cool.
Also expect some overhauls to this page. Chronology is coming, 2016.

Does it bother anybody else how the background of the message window doesn't tile correctly?
I was hoping you would outline a process where the shopkeeper recognizes that you didn't buy much, maybe a single potion, then calls you a cheapskate for not buying more heh
