Lunacity

Lunacity is a murder mystery action adventure game made for this years Halloween contest.

Story
We play as a police officer tasked with finding out what really happened at a murder scene the story progresses with a constant pace. It becomes clear quite quickly who set the whole thing up but you do have to go find the proof. As for Halloween elements near the end of the game a certain level of the supernatural kicks in but it's probably the least "Halloween-y" game so far in the contest.

Graphics
All custom and really good, the game is entirely sideview that does add a certain novelty to it. All in all Lunacity is visually a great game.

Gameplay
Lunacity has a custom battle system which I would usually have called a minigame. In it you ride a hover bike and have to injure your target down to critical and then stun him. All in order to arrest them. It is fun which is the main thing, it's even repeatable (as part of a quest system) as there are only a few instances in the game where you are required by the story to play it. Despite being a short game there are a few side quests and places to explore. I found the battle system pretty addictive once I had mastered it.

Et cetera
Lunacity is a strong game. There are a few minor bugs but they don't particularly detract from the experience. If you have a spare thirty minutes to an hour I recommend you give it a go.
