Hm, the pespective on the bottom part is a bit off, since it's just a flat wall? Try to find some stony ceramic roof tiles for the bottom section and replicate what's going on with the uppers. Also, rather than stretching the tile on the bottom, just use the original tile and build it up into that shape. Or find a tile similar.

The building looks a bit disjointed to me, since it's stone at the bottom, then wood at the upper floors. Though, maybe the point Puddor makes in regards to perspective might be part of it. I also get the odd impression that there's more to this building. Like, I get the impression that this is build on a cliff-face, and that the stone sides just keep going rather than be cut off.
I agree with the above posters! XD Otherwise, I like it, and I like the idea of it. It's just that the bottom door has the "camera" facing directly at it, whereas the top portion of the building is at a 3/4 perspective.

I kinda dislike your mixing of different styles. It was on the table with your previous screennies and its there again with this one. My eyes are bleeding seeing how you collaged two different building. The bottom part is probably taken from some photography. It may become new fashion to mix-up RTP styled graphics with real objects. You never know.

Thanks for the comments guys... I 'll get to work on the rocks
