Plot Overview

In the world of Linguardia, the nations of Rikalia and Dorent are the reigning powers. Although both leaders have been at peace for centuries, a dark cloud is on the horizon. King Richard, leader of the Rikalian Empire, has recently lost his wife and daughter to a pack of demons. Now, his mind twisted from grief, Richard is on a quest for domination. His plan: to harness the power of the six legendary crystals, which, according to scriptures, will bestow the wielder with unimaginable powers if brought together. With Richard on a path of destruction to collect the crystals, war seems inevitable.

Players take control of Epoch Lander, Captain of Richard's Dragon Knights, an elite force within the Rikalian Empire. However, when Epoch begins questioning the morals behind Richard's actions, he is arrested for treason and sentenced to death. With his head full of unanswered questions, Epoch must decide whether to accept his fate or fight for what he believes to be the greater good: even if it means fighting alone.

Soundtrack Complete!

Jose has just finished the last two songs of the soundtrack, bringing the OST to a grand total of 36 songs. With those final two, the Forever's End soundtrack is now complete! I really have to thank Jose for all the hard work he put into these songs. They all sound fantastic, and I can't wait to release the next episode with them implemented. Great job, bro!

Do know though, there are a few songs that will be included with the game that aren't custom. Not many, but a few, mainly because some of my cutscenes were already built around these songs. However, all of the ones included on this gamepage are the custom ones composed by Jose.

With the soundtrack complete, I thought I'd list out a few of my personal favorites. If you have any favorites, please comment and show Jose some love.

Traveling - Overworld Theme

The Reprieve

Dangerous Wilderness

The Death Knight - Marcellus' Theme

Spiritualization

Journeying Forward

Cutting a Path

In the Heat of Battle - Boss Theme 2

A Dying Planet's Last Breath

I look forward to the next demo and I'm available to spellcheck/playtest. I don't feel Epoch's new face quite conveys the strength and maturity I'd expect from a 23-year-old Captain of knights. I'd suggest squaring the jaw more and narrowing the eyes and cheekbones somewhat to "cut the baby fat." I also feel the current hair is much longer and messier then the one on the sprite, which I interpret like this:

Doublepost- please delete.
Hellz yeah I am enjoying this demo. I have probably played the majority of the games here on this site, and this one is very well done and has some fun aspects that have kept my attention through out the entire demo. Most of the games are indeed good however I lose interest. I was curious because we are all rpg lovers here what is one of your favorite's, maybe one that has inspired you or one that you played over and over again?

Probably my two favorite Final Fantasy games were VII and X. Legend of Legaia was another one I played a lot, and was probably my first serious RPG. As for RPG maker games, Demon Legacy is probably my all-time favorite. Gripping story and great characters. Have you reached the end of the demo yet?

I think it grows on you with time.
possibly some inspiration from the way? There is also a guy named Slade in The Way, who is a kind of bounty hunter and has a dark past.

Kinda similar when you look at it (considering they have the same name) XD
So I downloaded this on a whim and let it sit on my computer for weeks before I finally unpacked it. I flipped through the database and maps as per usual, and then I hit the play button. I wasn't expecting anything too spectacular.

I was wrong. Very wrong. I am loving this game so far. It's not innovative or groundbreaking, but it's just 'fun'. The characters are interesting to read and the battles aren't irritating, and the mapping is generally pretty good. It all comes together nicely. :3

My only complaint against this game would have to be how FF4 the beginning is. Not because I like FF4, but because I found it a bit dry. But otherwise, this is a great game you have going here. Finish it! >:V

Edit: Also, I named Epoch, Fate. Because he reminds me of someone. 8D
Thanks Skie! I'm glad to hear you are enjoying it. Yeah, I may go back an rework a few things in the intro to make it more interesting from the get-go as it appears to be one of the biggest criticisms of the game. And yes, the game will definitely be finished! <3

You know, there's a band that shares a name with your game- if you needed some non-custom music maybe you should check their work out! http://www.foreversend.com/
hey when next demo release , thanks :)
also what this game progress 30%, 50%, 89%, etc.
The current demo is around 30%. I'd say I plan on releasing the next one at around twice that, so 60%. I've been making some stellar progress lately, so I may be able to squeeze in this next demo before the end of the year.
Legend of Legaia was another one I played a lot, and was probably my first serious RPG.

Oh god, I hated that mini game. I could never beat it. Same goes with the fighting the hardest arena fights.
Hi, this is the internet police. I heard you deleted a somewhat incriminated image with certain comments from a staff member or perhaps someone ressembling a staff member, author of a certain hum, what was it... was it Balrog... I cannot seem to remember.
Anyhow, we are holding you suspect of certain, hm, accusations.
I don't understand why this is a 3.5 star game when there's almost a dozen reviews rating it 4 stars or higher.
If you wanna play the mathematician, 11 reviews in total, total score = 43, so average score is 43/11=just less than 4/5. Overall score isn't rounded up so yea.

But the important thing isn't the overall score. The important thing is that majority of the reviews are at least 4/5, and that's what counts :) And besides... Not all the reviews are up to date.
From what I've played so far, this is a very good game!
Hey, thanks Poke. I hope you continue to find it enjoyable.
Hi im just downloaded your game and im at the Desert Castle with alexander and dome others im fighting some boss in Desert Castle that Marvil or '' Lost '' summoned i guess anyways i cant find any methods to beat him i run out of healing items and the '' sonic boom '' tech can easily take out 500 + from your whole party , any method to beating him i even used alexanders' special limit tech and strider's too but no luck
Using Alexander's Divine Protection at the beginning of the battle should help out a lot. Use Alex's Restoration technique too if your party's health gets too low. Also, he's weak to Alex's holy attacks (including his regular sword attacks) and any of Strider's techniques. I probably should have stuck a shopkeeper of some sort in the castle (I will make sure to fix that for next time). Let me know if you continue to have trouble.
