CloseHi I just downloaded this and started playing, very good game so far there's only one minor thing and I know its just me but the rest or save options i accidentally hit rest option every time sometimes twice before i quit mashing z to hurry it up lol but great game so far im surprised as well that im the first to comment i hope the game is long and if not that your continuing more of these

I always loved Doctor Who. It's reminds me my childhood. I watched many episodes back then.
theres some glitches but it is great game and you can tell you put a lot of work in it there was a game killer glitch the inn when you get the letter and it events to go back in, i think i had moved over as the guardian appeared the writing is good just needs a small tweak here and there there's great potential in this by making episodes making each world or quest into a game of its own like a doctor who series for the rpg community keep up the good work and ill confirm the glitch is due to me being able to move during event or not thanks for a great game and the hard work to bring it here :)

Thank you, and yeah i am aware of some glitches the game had. They didn't want to go away for more that i worked on it... quite the head ache this game was; and my first official one published.
English is not my first language so some grammar might come out bad.
I am planning on another Doctor Who game but it still in concept.
Plus there are other games on the table right now for consideration.

Its a good Doctor Who fan game but there are a lot of typos
Agreed. And by a lot, he means a LOT. It's a good game so far, but I would definitely have considered some form of spell check or editing, especially for words you see often, like Rat, the monster "Rat" is spelled "Rate" and just from the opening, I remember "maintained" was missing the first "I" and it was in there several times. If I had this, or well...any version of RPG maker, I'd offer to fix it, but I don't.
Just something to consider, if you do any other games or actually come back to this one, please, it's hard to enjoy a game with so many spelling errors.
The game does have great music though, that's about the only reason I'm still checking it out, to be honest.
I love Doctor Who, I'm really obsessed with it and a huge Whovian!....Anyway downloading this right now, once I finish the game expect a review!
You should ask for a beta-reader who could correct those grammar mistakes so reading the game is more enjoyable but, other than that, the game is fantastic! This is an 8-bit rpg with a Final Fantasy style to it and a Doctor Who story and I love it. The music and sound effects are great as well and the fights are well done.
It would have been a great feature if you allowed the player to select what Doctor to go with. Also, a tutorial on how some things work around would be perfect since figuring things out on our own is hard and a better list of quests.
