The Legend of Zelda: Zodiac Memories
Description
"LoZ:ZM" is a Zelda-RPG that takes place between Wind Waker and Ocarina of Time. Link must embark on a quest to find the "Zodiac Memories" hidden throughout Hyrule.
The game will feature 5 dungeons, each laid out like the original Zelda's. You'll know what I mean when you play the game. It will be an RPG, but Link is the only playable character. There will still be weapons, keys, moblins, Ganon, and all that good stuff. The only thing that has changed from a true Zelda game is the battle system. I am using the default battle system.

EDIT: Sorry. My big mistake. It's working now but I'm not gonna download it sorry it's too big. It's not your fault though, but besides that your game sounds good.

This is bad. I can't even download it. Why not? Stupid Sendspace. Can you please make a download some other way? I really wanna try this game out!

A little time line knowledge should be said. In Ocarina of Time, 2 separate time lines were created, one had a Link, the other did not. All Links have been the descendants of former Links, with two exceptions, Wind Waker Link, and the first Link, (right now its assumed "The Picori Link" is the first one.)
--anyway, at the beginning of WW, its revealed that a prophecy said that Link would be capable of saving everyone before any permanent damage would be done to the world. But because of two time lines, he wasn't there because he had no descendants to fulfill the prophecy. Another boy proved himself worthy of the Master Sword, but he was not a blood born Link. He was however, able to seal Ganondorf into stone at the bottom of the sea.
In the alternate time line, Link had a child, and the prophecy was fulfilled, as was shown in Twilight Princess. This is the time line of the Zelda games.

Your very smart TwomRPG, I didn't think there where 2 many people out there who new that! As far as this game, I am a huge Zelda fan so I really hope this is going to be good, good luck man!

Gah! I'm having issues with the ABS. I have it where Link swings his sword, but WHENEVER I so much as just touch the monster, they explode. >_>

To make a simple sword system just do this.
Make the parralel event for sword slashing by having a
key input proccessing for all buttons.Now have the parralel event
so if the buttons equal:(Whichever the slash button is)Start conditional
branch for the directions link is facing.before the battle animation,turn on
a ''Slashing my sword'' switch.after the animation turn it off.
And for the enemys:page one:Damage the hero.Page two:If ''Slashing my sword'' is on
collision with hero,the monster takes damageby plusing or minusing a vaiable.Once the'' monster's HP'' variable equals:so and so,the monster dissapears.
you can alter this however you feel like.

Honestly, this is only IF I CAN FIGURE OUT HOW TO SCRIPT IT, I will have the Zelda Battle System.

Two points...One: Twilight Princess is said to be the game that is in between Ocarina of Time and Windwaker. Two: A Zelda game just doesn't feel right if it's turn-based.

Interesting. This is the only other Zelda game besides mine Ive seen that takes place between OOT and WW. Im interested to see what you do with it.

... It's a non-canon fan-game. However, the ending does make it fit into the timeline. =D
