I made Apparatus in a three day, coffee/feeling induced stupor. It's very personal and has a lot of myself in it, but I still think everything can find a part of themselves in it.
In the game, you play as who we call slimeman, a being who wakes up as a gooey mass, and needs to find out why. Along the way, slimeman will meet three geometric companions, based on the Freudian psychological apparatuses: id, ego, and super ego. slimeman will find many questions, but many answers as well. i hope you all enjoy it, and can maybe find some part of yourselves in it! :)

Coffee induced pop psychology, that is seriously a winning premise. I'm adding this one to my list.

You know it's an odd thing one of the things that irritates me in certain games is the lack of mapping consistency, in the case of this game that would be the inside of buildings don't match the outside also in my head known s the TARDIS effect, but I actually find it not just acceptable in this game but that it adds to the feel of it. Given the premise the unreal dissonance between what is external and what is internal is almost a visual representation of the narrative.

I also find the native style of the graphics quite emotive, pastel is not my favourite shade of anything, but just as with the mismatch in perception personified in the buildings the desaturated baby blue, mint green and peach just work to aid in the tale you are telling.

Though really, a spell and grammar checker is a must, the dialogue desperately needs to be cleaned up, whilst comprehension doesn't suffer it's not easy to read.
