Hey guys! This week not too much content cause I’ve got a tonne of coursework to do but one of the main concerns with the video posted last week was the speed of play as suggested by oldblood, and with all game changing improvements comes game breaking bugs. Next week hopefully I’ll have some more content for you guys! Until then - Greg

Well - I’m super glad to have been able to get back to writing music instead of just doing sound effects this week. It’s been a little too long. I’ve started on the garden stage theme, which will be very arabic since Etienne wants the level to have a desert feel. It’s going slowly, since it’s a little bit of a challege to turn the electronic style that we have going so far into something that makes you feel like you’re in the middle east, but it’s been rewarding. I’m excited to show you guys in the future! Here’s a quick screengrab of what I have so far, for those of you who are interested. Stay toasty, my friends!

-Trevor

“What is your favorite video game soundtrack and why?”

Now, I'm going to cheated.
My favorite video game soundtrack come from a movie: Sucker Punch.
This movie looks like a video game in a lot of aspects, and its soundtrack doesn't a exception. Seriously, I really want this ST in a game: Energetic often, scary sometimes, always captivating ...
Sucker Punch would not have the same abiance and does not look like much to a video game without this music.

Otherwise I like the sound environment of Trines, Devil May Cry, Journey, Final Fantasy and, of course, Shadow of Colossus.
