It Broke Itself

Edit: Well, we've since discovered that this is actually an error with 2k3 itself. After wasting HOURS trying to go far enough back and carefully copy things - we opened a fresh project (again) and learned that even in a brand new project, if you reflect magic at any actor that isn't actor one, the game crashes with this error.

:) :) :) :) :) :)

End us.

I was kinda proud of the set up of the final battle, because it was something I invented in my head. Knocking that I physically CAN'T use it anymore has ticked me off so much that I'm just borking the battle, putting in the last needed puzzle stuff, and calling it done. :( I'm sorry the final battle is going to be as boring as every other battle.

This really sucks ;o; The game's story doesn't need to change though, and that's the part I like better anyway.

----This is old stuff from when I first posted this----

Well, the game was gonna be done tonight, then this ugly jerk-error reared its head:

Reflecting single target spells crashes the game :D The final two battles were both entirely focused around states that reflect magic. :D I hate the world. *cries*

I can only think the database file corrupted somehow. (because replacing it with an old one makes reflect work just fine)

Excuse us while Rach begins the annoying task of copying over the database information into an older version of the project with a program that only let's you have one file open at a time.

I am never using RPG2k3 again. This program hates me or something ;<

HERE'S A CUTE DRAWING WHILE WE CRY:
