It may not seem like much of anything has been done lately other than my adding screenshots. However, I have been working on quite a few things; the most noteworthy/important things I've been doing are as follows:

1. Finishing giving NPCs dialogue (all but five in the Mercenary Encampment are finished. Everyone has multiple things to say.)

2. Working on balancing monsters in the first two areas- nearly complete!

3. Beautifying Maps (adding tints and lighting)- nearly complete!

4. Added a few short conversations between Kashira and Tansley in the beginning.

5. I finally remembered to make the cats meow and dogs bark in towns when they are interacted with. (Not a big deal, but little things matter, I think.)

6. Making the books readable, to give information about the world of Calurin/some of its lore.

I am one of those people who actually do believe that small things matter. Sometimes, they are things that are exceptionally small, like having differently colored butterflies in different areas. Or editing the color of trees' leaves so certain areas have trees with pink, purple, blue, etc; leaves to add interest.

But overall, I would say I am at the halfway point toward completing my Alpha Demo and sending it to my testers.
