The layout is pretty neat, but there are some tiles here and there that have been used incorrectly. The roof at the top right are supposed to be used for interior maps. I suggest you to change that into something else.

The sign that's floating on the wall are meant to be placed on the ground. Simply move it 1 square down and you should be fine.

Why are the streetlights covered in snow? I see no snow besides on those streetlights on the map. Did it just snow on the streetlights and nothing else? Even if it did, the snow should've melted off by this point. I suggest you to replace those streetlights with the ones that aren't covered in snow.

I'm not sure what your intent is with the house in the lower right, but it looks pretty iffy to me.

In general the map looks pretty okay, if a bit empty. Are there really no people who go outside in this city? You could easily add some barrels/crates etc. to give the city some more detail. The park in the middle would go well with some trees and maybe a few benches or something.

Good luck!

First off, thank you for the pointers. I will consider them, though alot of the choices that I made may be aesthetic and not functional. I'm not the best map designer.

I will fix the streetlights though.

The Bamford Tenement is in a very low traffic part of D.C, so there really isn't that many people walking 33rd Street or Austin Avenue. There is also not a lot of people because I wanted to limit the amount of unnamed characters. Saves face pics that way.

I'll look into it. Thanks!
