I've recently heard that the dev of a certain game about monsters and humans doesn't take too well to such a thing...

I thought nothing of it at the time, but those silly references to other games in MotFL? Yeah, they may have to be removed or parodied to prevent copyright issues. No one likes getting their butts sued.
