The world's elements are slowly losing their power. And when the Elements completely lose their powers to protect the planet Gaia, the world will be destroyed, and the evil Demon Lord: Asmodeus shall be awakened to pass judgment upon the land, its up to a young hero named Max to rekindle the elements and prevent Asmodeus' awakening.

This is a completely remade game of the original rm2k Phantasia but made in rm2k3.

New characters, side-view battle system, heavily remade storyline. (For obvious reasons.) And dozens of sidequests.


NOTE: If there is any bugs in the game, please provide screenshots so that I may have a easier time to locate said bugs and fix them. Thank you.

PR Blog #2 Huge Update

Hey, Jaymonius here, and mostly posting a major update to the game. After seeing sacredlobo's video of my game, I felt I wanted to go and fix up a LOT of shit that was wrong in this game, and sooo I did.

I went back and fixed a LOT of tileset errors, adjusted some stuff, hell, I even went so far as to completely remake Annette's battle character sprite as the original looked UGLY!

However, it's not fully finished, as it reaches up to mostly the beginning of Chapter 2 and the occupation of the Church of Miria. After that point, it's still the old glitchy mess. Which I'm still working on and off.

I'll try and get to more of it during the next couple of weeks. The game has already been updated as well! Enjoy!

Alrighty, I found the problem, it was mostly negligence on my end. But now the problem is fixed and the Abyss should be playable now.

Replace the files with these new ones and you should be fine. Note: You can't save in the Abyss now.

Download the RPG Maker 2003 RTP. I just got the whole maker since it comes with it plus some extras according to the source.

You may have to do the same with 2000 to run some RPG2000 games.


And where might that be?

Could you provide a link for rtp download of rpg maker 2003.

Thanks for fixing the problem, but I've found another one. There's a cave which contains a haste ring. Everytime I enter it, my moving speed reduces.

Can I enter this cave now or will it be posible later? Because I can't land on the forest and if I land on the north part of this island, I can't get through to the cave.

That was actually supposed to happen. Reason being is you're supposed to get to the Abyss through another Warp Gate. So you'll have to find your way there through the Warp Gates. I didn't notice that, so, sorry you'll have to find the actual way to get there. :P

Also, the Sky Tower, did you find the two orbs for the tower?

As for a world map, I may make a World Map page like I did with the P4 page.

I've got sky key and earth key. Do I need anything else? You can check the keys in any save file I uploaded.
I was in the warp gate to abyss before, but thought that it was some bug, because I had my land spot.))))

That is totally weird, I downloaded your savefile. And it showed you did have the items... but for some fucked up reason, one of the switches turned off... well, regardless, I got the problem solved.

In Minervo, there's a Library that gives off hints as to where the Earth and Sky keys are.

I'll tell you where to go for the Earth Key, because the hint in that one requires a bit of travelling, there's a tiny town on the opposite side of where Port Arvis is, if you take your airship and start from Port Arvis, and go west, you'll find it I'm sure. Go in there, and take the Warp Shrine located there.

Then the rest of the way is an easy path to the Earth Key.

But as for the sky key, just check west of Rasions. Only one of these keys require your new airship.

Sorry for the english.There is a bug i used the warp shrine for the earth key but when i use it the warp shrine in your description that shrine send me in the forest where are the abyss dungeon i used other shrine but i cant find the the earh key place.I just noted that i have the eart key but the sky tower isnt opening why?and i have the sky key

So, whenever I am starting the game. I am at this very powerful dungeon is this suppose to happen? It's at this place with these monoliths called gilirds I think.

Thanks a bunch J-Man! I can finally enjoy the first Phantasia. I'm half way into the third one, but I wanted to start in actual order so I know what's going on.

Why does my speed increase all the time?? I moving so fast I can't even get through a door way. How do I slow down??
